PURPOSE: The purpose of the Helppeople Mentorship program is to help young adults who may be enduring hardship and negative self-worth to become productive successful individuals firmly established in a career of real estate grounded in Jesus Christ by meeting a tangible need and renewing their mind. The strategies in this program are designed to encourage our young adults to see beyond the hardship and any negative self worth. I have designed a program that is not based on educational background or where a person may be in life.  It is designed to meet a tangible need and supplies substance to an individual and help them understand the principles that the world was founded on. I have designed

yet not I, but the grace of God that is with me.

have designed proven modules in Real Estate, marketing, negotiations, credit, financing, inspections, basic computer skills, communication skills, basic web design, furthering real estate educational, commodities and last but not  least, biblical principles.  With the right resources I can have an individual grounded in Real Estate with a firm mindset with self-confidence in 90-120days.
